A Conversation on Technology and the Spiritual Life
The spiritual writer Rev. Dan Horan once asked, “If Jesus had been born in 1980 and begun his public ministry in 2010, would he have ‘friended’ the twelve apostles on Facebook instead of visiting the Sea of Galilee?” Modern technology has impacted our spiritual lives in profound ways, with both amazing gifts and formidable challenges. Our presentation and conversation will explore issues related to technology that impact Christian spirituality. Rev. Bryan Hooper and Brian Pinter will offer reflections and facilitate the discussion.
