Our admissions and application process is easy, and we’re always available to help you through the journey. If you are interested in a private preschool on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, please consider us.

We are delighted that you are interested in applying to Christ Church Day School. Please use the link below to contact us for more information about application availability.

Our $75 non-refundable application fee is payable by credit/debit card or electronic check.

In addition to submitting an application, we also require a family photo. Our admissions process has only two steps: an in-person family visit with you and your child and a separate Open House to give you an opportunity to meet our faculty and tour our school.

If you have any other questions, please contact us by phone (212.838.3039) or email admissions@ccdsnyc.org.

Notification Dates: Christ Church Day School is a member of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) and follows its guidelines for admissions notification. Early Notification: Sibling/Church/Legacy Admissions

Christ Church Day School siblings, legacies, and children of Christ Church United Methodist members can opt for early notification consideration. Church members are required to be active for one year prior to the application submission in order to qualify for early notification. If you are a sibling, legacy or church member family, please indicate your relationship to us on your application. If you qualify and choose to be notified of our decision earlier, you will be notified on Friday, December 8th, 2023 and your deadline to reply will be no later than 12 noon on Friday, December 15th, 2023.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to families who need tuition assistance. If you apply for financial aid, we will waive your application fee. Our decision to grant an award is based on demonstrated need and available funds. Need is determined by a third-party service called TADS, which uses an objective and consistent methodology to determine a family’s ability to contribute toward educational expenses. If your application indicates that you will be applying for financial aid, we will contact you with instructions for submitting the requested financial information directly to TADS. If Financial Aid is awarded, the family will be notified when they receive an acceptance letter.
