“You Were In My Song” Spirituality and Popular Music
We’ve all been moved by a great song from our favorite band or singer. There is a reason this music touches us so deeply – the Spirit is moving within it. Our retreat will use song as a jumping-off point for reflection, sharing and prayer. Activities will include reflection talks by the presenters, small group conversation, as well as time for meditation and enjoying the fall Catskill weather. Brian Pinter and Jake Nelson will facilitate. All meals included, cost $225. Register with Jake Nelson at jake@christchurchnyc.org by October 15th at which time payment is due.
