Caring for the Caregiver

Many people today are required to provide care for elderly or ill family members. Providing care can be one of the most spiritually, emotionally, and physically challenging experiences we pass through. But, who cares for the caregiver? Without self-care, we run a high risk of burning ourselves out.  Our presentations will seek to name the challenges of caregiving and explore ways we can create space to care for ourselves. $20.00 offering suggested. Brian B. Pinter, Director of Spiritual Formation, will facilitate.
