Becoming a Vessel of Peace and Reconciliation

Sister Ellen Stephen (ES) will lead this 2-day retreat that will invite participants into a deeper journey toward spiritual freedom and wholeness. ES is a well-known friend of Christ Church and an experienced spiritual guide. She will discuss various topics discussed in her book Vessel of Peace: A Guide for Pilgrims of the Spirit such as getting rid of the ‘bad’ stuff, clearing the path, overcoming obstacles, and living in truth. This “retreat at home” will begin with a fellowship dinner Friday evening and end mid afternoon on Saturday. Participants are encouraged to be present for the entire time. Cost is $20 (however, if the fee is an issue please speak with Cathy Gilliard and we will make your attending possible.) Everyone is invited to participate. Childcare will be provided upon request.
